Sarah Hanratty is a Clinical Nutritionist helping people to achieve their best physical and mental health using nutritional interventions.
Ten years ago, after graduating with an BSc in Nutritional Medicine, Sarah began helping clients through her clinic in Birmingham, UK. It became clear that by improving digestion, nutrient levels and making adjustments to diet that BIG things could be achieved.
Not only would clients feel physically better, but mental health would improve too. Anxiety, low mood, cravings and addictions would all improve with nutritional intervention and so the Brain Food Nutrition Clinic was created.
The Brain Food Clinic was established to focus on the link between nutrition, gut health and subsequent psychological and neurological health. Prior to training in nutrition Sarah worked as a researcher at the Institute of Psychiatry and Kings College London.
