The course content is drip fed to you daily to keep you on track and accountable. All our programme content is curated by experts and designed to educate, inspire, motivate, and support you all the way. As well as drip fed content you will have access to our community of likeminded women who are all on the same journey as you to enable you to make new friends and hold one another accountable.
