I’m not from the UK, can I join?”

Yes you can! The programme is delivered to you daily.  Zoom meet-ups will usually start at 8pm GMT.

My current fitness level is low, will I be able to complete the workouts and challenges?”

Yes! You will be guided through the workouts and as you move through the programme your fitness levels will improve.

”I am vegetarian/vegan/pescatarian. Will the nutrition programme cater for me?”

Our nutritionists exclusive recipes will be varied and include ‘swaps’ to cater for most dietary needs.   We also explain how to structure your meals so you can create your own recipes to suit individual tastes and needs.

”Do I need specific gym equipment?” 

We will use a mix of HIIT (High-intensity interval training) and resistance training in your workouts and as part of that we will use resistance bands which can be purchased from Amazon.  We recommend a medium and heavy band.

An exercise mat is also recommended for use in the workouts and yoga practices.

”I am pregnant/breastfeeding. Can I do the programme?”
